Doctor or Hospital - Patients Management Dashboard

Dashboard interface designed as part of the Qspot healthcare ecosystem for managing patients, appointments and everyday clinical workflows.

The interface brought key information used during the daily operation of a medical practice into one place. Its purpose was to help healthcare staff maintain an overview of patients, appointments and waiting-room activity while reducing the complexity of navigating between individual tasks.

The design focused on structuring information according to its relevance and frequency of use, creating a clear hierarchy between overview data and operational actions. Particular attention was given to making information-dense screens easy to scan and keeping the interface understandable within a busy healthcare environment.

The dashboard formed part of the wider Qspot system, which connected digital patient services with appointment management, queue management, waiting-room technology and communication tools.
