QSPOT — Healthcare Website & Patient Management Interface

Web and interface design for a digital healthcare ecosystem connecting patient management, appointments and waiting-room services.

Qspot is a healthcare technology ecosystem designed to support patient management and everyday processes in medical practices. The system connects digital services with physical touchpoints in the waiting room, including appointment booking, patient check-in, queue management and communication.

My work focused on translating this complex service environment into clear digital and visual communication. The project included website and interface design, as well as the design of a product brochure presenting the wider Qspot ecosystem, its individual components and benefits for healthcare professionals and patients.

The main design challenge was information complexity. Qspot combined multiple interconnected services — from online appointments and patient management to the Sofia reception kiosk, queue systems, waiting-room displays and communication tools. The information therefore needed to be structured so that users could quickly understand both individual functions and how they worked together as one system.

Across the website, interface and supporting communication materials, I worked with information hierarchy, navigation, visual consistency and the presentation of complex functionality in a more accessible and understandable form.

The wider Qspot ecosystem also required a communication layer capable of explaining how its individual services worked together.

I designed a product brochure that structured the system around its main components, use cases and benefits — from patient and appointment management to the Sofia reception kiosk, queue management, online services and waiting-room technology.

The brochure extended the digital visual language into a structured communication format for presenting a technically complex healthcare product.
