QSPOT — Medical Waiting Room Digital Signage
Digital signage interface designed for medical waiting rooms as part of the wider Qspot healthcare ecosystem.
The screen combined operational information with supporting content for patients in the waiting room. It displayed queue and appointment numbers alongside informational and educational content, creating a single communication point within the physical healthcare environment.
The design focused on clear information hierarchy and readability, allowing essential queue information to remain immediately visible while accommodating additional content intended for patients.
As part of the wider Qspot system, the signage connected the digital patient-management experience with the physical waiting room.
